He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford E. Scholl and Cleo Scholl (Harsh); his wife Ardelle A. (Sletto); his son-in-law Kevin J. Newell; and his siblings, Clifford, Wildon, Doris Jean, Phyllis, Dean, Carolyn and David.
He is survived by: his daughters, Denise D. Newell of Bradenton and Cynthia S. Pearre (Douglas R.) of Frederick, MD; his grandchildren, Melanie L. Bronner of Tampa, Kyle M. Newell of Sarasota and Sarah R. Pearre of Frederick, MD; his great grandchildren, Hayley L. Baker, Abigail R. Newell, Hunter W. Newell and Robert K. Ryan; and his sister Marilyn Antoon of Greenwood, MS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
