He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Duane Werts. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Werts; his mother Kay Marie Leamon; his siblings, Richard Dean, Robert David, Ronald Douglas and Renee Diane; his children, Wesley Michael, Ryan Daniel, Raegan Dalphine, Rhys Davis and Ryleigh Dalayne; and his grandchildren, Helena Anne, Alexander Hans, Riley Drake, Callie Devon, Rheya Padmae, Tiffani Jean, Titus Wesley, Theodora Kay, Magnolia Ann, Rhylyne Daysi and Rhexy Dalilah. He is also survived by his three nieces and five nephews, as well as his two great nieces and three great nephews.
