He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Haczynski and Philomena Serafin; and his sister Joan. He is survived by: his brother John; his former wives, Kathleen and Kim; his sons, Ryan, Brad and Greg; and his grandchildren, Paris, Georgia, Tyler, Liam, Finn, Jayd and Bryn.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shannon Funeral Homes (1015 14th St W, Bradenton, FL 34205).
