He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Juergens of Bradenton, Florida; his son Erik Juergens of South Weymouth, Massachusetts; his nephew John M. Juergens (Colleen) of Milford, Illinois; his niece Tammy Walrabenstein of Manassas, Virginia; his brother Daniel; his sister-in-law Vickie Brooks of Jacksonville, Illinois; and his nephew Spencer Brooks (Jennifer) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by several cousins, great nieces and nephews and many friends.
