He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Jacobs and Frances Jacobs; his wife Martha Simmons; and his daughter Lisa Gay Seipp. He is survived by: his children, Robert Terry Jacobs (Janet) and Glenda Faye Cox (Bryan); and his siblings, Edwin Jacobs (Becky), Lewis Jacobs (Janet) and Janice Fuemmeler (Melvin). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
