He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis Siefker and Gertrude Siefker; and his brother Joseph Siefker. He is survived by : his wife Christina Siefker; his children, Lisa Siefker-Bailey and Erik Siefker; his grandchildren, Sterling Long and Lydia Long; and his brother Donald Siefker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given in memory of Dr. Siefker to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Faith in our Future Campaign, 605 S. Walnut St., Seymour or Tidewell Hospice House, 2504 34th Avenue W., Bradenton, Florida 34205.
