He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scott and Virginia Elenore Gainer (Sutton); and his sister Barbara Ann Heater (Gainer). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean (Kopp); his children, David Scott, Jeffrey Douglas (Alicia Evans) and Rebecca Sue Gagliano (David); his grandchildren, Jenna Gagliano, Jason Gagliano (Jessica Legaspi) and Nathan Gainer; and his great grandchild Caden Gagliano.
