It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell William Hoeksema of Bradenton, Florida, who passed away on June 19, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Russell William departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Russell William. Though Russell William may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Hoeksema and Jeanette Hoeksema (DeYoung); his brothers, Ed, Hank, Walt and Alvin; his wife Harriet (Westveer); and his children, Scott (Linda) of Middleway, WV and Lori Harrington of Bradenton, FL.
