He is survived by: his daughters, Kelley, Kira, Abby and Zoey; his friends, Kimberley Bagshaw, Mike Bagshaw, Hailey, Katelyn, Carter, Amy, Michael Shelton, Mikayla, Mikey, Karli and Chloe; his brother Joshua; his mother-in-law Debbie Baker; and his parents, Larry Burch and Melissa Hill (Burch).
