He was predeceased by: his mother Madge. He is survived by: his father Richard; his wife Gayle of Bradenton; his brother Dick (Dorothy) of Polk City; and his nieces, Noel (Josh) of Lakeland and Molly of Ft. Myers. He is also survived by his family, friends.
