He was predeceased by: his father Richard Shamblen; and his son Mitchell Shamblen. He is survived by: his daughters, Brittany Shamblen and Natalie Shamblen (Robertson); his mother Janice Shamblen; his siblings, Chuck Shamblen, Rick Shamblen and Cris Compton; and his grandson Ari Robertson.
