He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Nicole (Martin McShane), Rae Jean (Mary Case) and Mookie; his stepdaughters, Amanda (Mark Flewelling) and Kristin (Thomas Bender); his stepgrandchildren, Corbin, Danica Flewelling and Hudson Bender; his brother-in-law Eddie (Linda Herbest); and his siblings, Judi McCall, Dave (Nathan) and Cindy (Mark Briggs).
