In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Terrance leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Terrance may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Matthews and Ella Matthews (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Charlene Matthews (Sweedy); his siblings, Karen Burke (Bob) of Sterling Heights, Kathleen Tyler of Waterford, Michigan and Douglas Matthews (Debbie) of Shelby Township, Michigan.; and his stepsons, James Walter Rice of Layton and Michael Edward Rice of Mendham. He is also survived by step-grandchildren; a niece, a grand-niece, and a grand-nephew; along with many beloved cousins.

He faithfully supported charitable causes, including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, among others.
