We are sad to announce that, on September 7, 2022, at the age of 79, Thelma Richards of Bradenton, Florida, born in Middletown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Terwilliger and Jennie Terwilliger (Werkman); her husband Fraser Richards; and her siblings, James, William Terwilliger and Sonya Price.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn (Patrick Flanagan) and Paula (Ben Pugliesi); and her grandchildren, Ryan, Nicole Flanagan and Zoe Pugliesi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
