He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas E. Dunn (From), Helen G. Dunn and Joseph W. (Mary A. Rafferty); his father-in-law O. Michael Irwin; his cousin Carmen Lomonoco; and his niece Katelyn P. (Irwin).
He is survived by: his parents, Margaret Rafferty and Joseph Rafferty; his parents-in-law, James, Lynne Peronti and Wendy; his sibling Ryan (Marlene); his nephew Andrew; his wife Michele; his daughter Felicia Howell; his adoptive son Axel J. Howell; his brothers, Joseph W., Michael P. and Timothy S. (Paula); and his brothers-in-law, Jon M. Irwin (Stephanie) and Michael J. Irwin. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
