She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth L. Boggs and Ruth E. Boggs (McMaster); and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Cronin and Nicholas Noon. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, William J. Noon IV (Michelle), Jennifer Mulholland and James; her grandchildren, Noah, Austin, Savannah, Olivia and Kenadie; her brothers, James Boggs (Joyce) and Kenneth Boggs Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Fred Cronin and Sue Ellen Fagin Allen (Robert Allen). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and neighbors.
