He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilford Chancey and Daisy Chancey; his sisters, Karen and Terri; and his son Keith.
He is survived by: his wife Regina Chancey; his children, Bill, Savannah and Sasha; his grandchildren, Averi, Zoe, Leighton, Owen, Sawyer and Daisy; and his brother Michael Chancey.
