It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William P. Dougher of Bradenton, Florida, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 13, 2026, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. and Mary B. Dougher (Morrissey); his sister Tara Donato; and his niece Meghan Donato. He is survived by: his brothers, Sean Dougher (Faith) of Kissimmee, FL and Brendan Dougher (Marianne) of San Diego, CA; his nieces and nephews, Maureen Garguilo, Allison Donato, Shannon Boyle, Collin Dougher, Erin Dougher, Caitlyn Dougher and Brendan B. Dougher; his great-niece Calista Garguilo; and his great-nephew Rolando Zeledon.
