Forest; his children, Nancy Forest, David Forest, Daniel Forest, Timothy Forest and Catherine Kotowski; his siblings, Ella Mae Thomas and Darel "Joe" Forest; and his sister-in-law Pat. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a great-great granddaughter.
