He was predeceased by: his parents, William Northcutt and Grace Northcutt; his wife Marie Northcutt; and his son Richard. He is survived by: his sons, Phil, John (Diane), Jim and Scott (Ruth). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (1300 South Blvd, Chipley, FL 32428). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at the Glenwood Cemetery.
