He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Coffey and Sallie Livesay Coffey; his son Terry; and his siblings, Willis, Earl, Herbert, Ruth Smith and Barbara Heseltine.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Robert Coffey of Hamilton, OH, Charlene McIntyre of Fairfield, OH and Rhonda Greely of Bradenton, FL; and his siblings, Donald Coffey of Renfro Valley and Kathleen Machal of Crab Orchard. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Willie's name for the upkeep of Oak Hill Cemetery, c/o Billy Lear, 60 Hope Drive, Orlando, Kentucky 40460.
