He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Casaceli (Stephen) and Deidre Leatherwood (Gibson); his grandchildren, Aria, Luca Casaceli, Saige and Stiles Leatherwood; his sister Cindy Oxford (Hank); and his close friend Kelly Eichman-Karlavage. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
