He is survived by: his wife Leslie Perkins; and his children, Tricia VanVaerenbergh (David), Traci Hagan (Greg), Kristie Jordan and Robert Horan (Tonya).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home (2323 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hillsboro Memorial Gardens (2323 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511).
