She was predeceased by: her mother Frances Bauer; her siblings, Anthony Bauer and Beverly Moon; and her daughter Tonja Helton. She is survived by: her husband Earl Qualls Sr.; her children, Tracy Smith (Chris), Gary Helton, Earl Ray II Qualls (Tracey) and Alicia Qualls; her grandchildren, Erika Purdy (Elliott), Ashtyn Smith, Jacob and MaKenzy Qualls; her great grandchildren, Jackson and Bennet Purdy; her pet Vannamae; and also Joseph.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested a donation be made to St. Jude's Children Research, a local animal shelter or a Christian based non-profit in her memory.
