He is survived by: his wife Monique Mauch; his children, Evan (Dawt) and Alli; his parents, Cheryl Lombard and Michael Mauch; his stepmother Brenda Mauch; and his brothers, Michael, Nicholas, Christopher, Jeffrey, Kevin and David.
