He was predeceased by: his parents, C. M. Mac and Anne Dennard Bolen; his wife June; his brother Arthur Frank Murphy (Anne); and his granddaughter Nikki.
He is survived by: his son Dr. Bobby Bolen; his daughter-in-law Sally; his brother-in-law Fred Busby (Karen); his grandchildren, Tim, Breezy (Nate) and Bethie (Eaton); and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Arianna, Teddy, Kalvin, Lily Jo and Kamryn.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Serenity Meadows Memorial Park Funeral Home & Crematory (6919 Providence Rd, Riverview, FL 33578). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Serenity Meadows Memorial Park and Funeral Home (6919 Providence Rd, Riverview, FL 33578). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Serenity Meadows Memorial Park Funeral Home & Crematory (6919 Providence Rd, Riverview, FL 33578).
