He is survived by: his parents, Wanda L. Smith and Clinton L. Smith of Cleveland, Ohio.; his brothers, Clinton Smith III of Niagara Falls, King Smith (Tameka) of Delaware, Ohio and Terrell Smith (Ann) of Cleveland, Ohio.; his children, La'Vonna Smith of Cleveland, Ohio, Jazmin Thompson of Euclid, Ohio, Vonn'Asia Smith of Tampa, Florida and James La'Von Smith of Brandon, Florida.; and his grandchildren, Jaiden Thompson, Aubrey Fletcher, Zaire Lavonn Houchins and Egypt Hall.
