She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blatt and Ruth Blatt; her husband Merit O'Neal; and her son Douglas. She is survived by: her children, Karen Paulus (Van), Linda Lastinger (Paul) and Curtis. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren & 20 great grandchildren &1 great-great grandson.
