She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Noonan and Ralph Howard; and her husband Louis Disher. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda and Tammy. She is also survived by seven siblings.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home (2323 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 12:30 PM and at 1:00 PM.
