Moldenhauer; her daughter Hansi Braddock; her son-in-law Gary Braddock; her grandchildren, Sarah "Adelaide" Braddock, Elizabeth "Betsy" Garrett and Robert "Rob" Braddock; her grandchildren-in-law, Jim Manning (Sarah), Brian Garrett (Betsy) and Elizabeth "Beth" Braddock (Robert); and her great grandchildren, Phillip, Cagney Garrett (Betsy), Collin and Nathaniel "Nate" Braddock (Robert).
In lieu of flowers, her family asks for donations to the local hospice charity of your choice as thank you to all the hospice nurses and aides who worked so diligently to take care of Phyllis and her family on her final journey.
