He was predeceased by: his siblings, Arthur Bass, Agnes Wilson and Alvin Bass. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Bass; his daughters, Elizabeth Sapp (Harold), Christine Lee and Debbie Vickers; his grandson Billy Cannon (Erin); his stepchildren, Rosemary Trimble (Jim), Hank Clemons (Tammy) and Daniel Clemons (Elaine); and his sister Annie Mae Touchton. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Santa Fe Cemetery (4393 US Hwy 27, Branford, FL 32008).
