He is survived by: his wife Frances Dasher Phinney; his son Shane Phinney; his daughter-in-law Charla; his daughter Sharmon Parrish; his son-in-law Ricky; his son Sean Phinney; his daughter-in-law Tracy; his son Stuart Phinney; his grandchildren, Ashlie Waldorff (Andy), Chip Phinney (Kayla), McCayla Labrador (Jake), Samantha Buckhalt (Bucky), Jacob Phinney, Sami Brown (Justin), Taylor Wear (Michael), Nichole Murphy and Madison Phinney; his siblings, Larry Phinney (Sharol), James Phinney (Melissa), Donna Kakes (Eddie), Ella Mae Beck (Melvin), Bonnie Phinney and Brenda Phinney; and his brother-in-law Coy Dasher. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
