He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Prentice Fairchild and Gladys Victoria Robertson; and his wife Joyce Gwendolyn Wood. He is survived by: his daughters, Janna Fairchild Hill (Robert Hill) and Johnette F. Wahlquist (Michael Wahlquist); his grandchildren, Ashley Hill Crowley, John Clinton Hill (Clint), Michael Page Wahlquist, II, Kalynn Richardson and Rachel Allyn Rowan; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Perry, Grey, Parker, Blaine, Reese and Remi.
