He is survived by : his brother Felton Matthews (Nitza); his close friend Ollie Sullivan; his children, Timothy Lee Matthews and Lisa Anne Sweat (Kenny); and his granddaughters, Madison, Savannah and Mallory. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
