He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Phelps; his daughters, Amanda and Kristel (Brandon); his grandsons, Jack and Andrew; his mother Kathryn Phelps; his sister Sheri (Joe); and his nephew James Moss (Katie). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.

Donations to the Bronson First Baptist Church Building Fund will be accepted in lieu of flowers.
