She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas E. Humes Sr. and Claudine Goodsill Humes; her former husband Thomas Bunce Sr.; and her husband Don Kerr. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Bunce Jr. (Terri), Guy Bunce (Wendy) and Claudia Bunce Dionne; her grandchildren, Adam Bunce (Tina), Lindsey Crane (Chris Sr.), Brooke Riva (Jared), William Bunce (Polina), Steven Bunce (Cortney), Mollikate Tanner (Richard) and JJ McNulty; her great grandchildren, Cooper, Annabelle, Christopher, Connor, Charlene, Elodie, Vallie, George, Mary, Forrest and Cassie; and her brothers, Douglas Humes Jr. (Robyn) and Orville Humes (Elina).

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the North Canaan VFW (104 S Canaan Rd, Canaan, CT 06018).
