He is survived by: his daughters, Gina Chambers and Christy Shumake (Jason); his grandchildren, Jessica Chambers, Katelyn Shumake, Aidan Shumake and Breanne Shumake; and his siblings, Vic Thompkins (June), Cynthia Griffiths (Rich), Anita Whitty, Wayne Thompkins (Shirl), Phil Thompkins (Tammy) and Tina Blount (Tracy). He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
