It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy Lou Toohey of Brooksville, Florida, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Frederick William; and her siblings, Geraldine Borck and Harry Edward "Butch" Borck. She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Braido of Cambridge and Leslie White of Port Orange, Florida; her grandchildren, Casey, Kyle, Kelsey and Lauren; her sisters, Barbara Carpenter of Barnesville and Myrtle Bealilis of St. Clairsville; and her pet Willie.
