He is survived by: his wife Velma Pauline Chase; his children, Paul Chase (Dawn), Barbara McGinnis (Patrick) and Tammi Koller (Matthew); his brothers, Dale Chase, David Chase (Susan) and Donald Chase (Barbara); his grandchildren, Paul Chase (Kristina), Kimberly Chase, Steven McGinnis (Cindy), Katie Toth (Kyle), Dr. Bryan Koller and Jessica Koller; and his great grandchildren, Madison Chase, Carter Chase, Gered McGinnis and Josi Toth.
