He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sr. Augustyniak and Irene Augustyniak. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Mick Billows, John Billows, Amy Augustyniak, Lisa Augustyniak and Michelle Langabeer; and his sisters, Christine Lenhoff and Carol Marcus. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.
