He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Howard Milby; his sons, Jerry Michael "Mike" Milby, Jr. (Tiffany Milby), Brian (Maggie Milby) and Mark (Sarah Milby); his grandchildren, Austin Milby, Aaron Milby, Alexis Jones of Arizona, Skylar Milby, Hayden Milby, Alexander Milby of Florida and Michael Milby of Michigan; his great grandchild Elijah Jones of Arizona; his brother Steve; and his sister-in-law Peggy Milby of Dunedin, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Christian Life Assembly of God Church (13065 Jacqueline Rd, Brooksville, FL 34613). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
