She was predeceased by: her parents, William Shay and Frances Shay; her husbands, Ray Lloyd Noble and William Boyer; and her stepson Ray Leslie Noble.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Merle (Laura), Keith Merle (Christina), John Noble (Victoria), Tammy Frankland (Erich) and Nicholas Caputo (Susan); and her siblings, Melanie Shay-Oemcke (Linda Heckeroth) and Daniel Shay (Patricia). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, two nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the D. L Calarco Funeral Home, Inc. (135 Keyes Ave, Watertown, NY 13601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
