She was predeceased by: her brothers, Walter Berty, Clarence Berty, Chuck Berty and David Berty; and her parents, Walter Berty and Dorothy Berty.
She is survived by: her sister Hazel Johnston of West Virginia; her daughter Melissa McCullough of Okahumpka, FL; and her granddaughters, Kelci Elliott and Breanna McCullough.
