He is survived by: his daughters, Mindy Lee Perkins of Brooksville, FL and Nicole A. Lawhorn (Nash) of Franklin, NC; his sisters, Beverly (Perkins) and Brien (late Richard) of Leominster, MA; and his granddaughters, Brooke A. Hardy (Tyler) of Lewistown, PA and Delanie Menendez (Blaze) of Brooksville, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as cousins.
