He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Elwin and Ruel Elwin; and his siblings, Dorothy Zaloznik, Donald Meade, Beverly Zaccardelli, Robert Elwin, Judy and Anita.
He is survived by: his brother Larry Elwin (Mary); and his nieces, Barbara, Ashlee and Kellee. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and cherished friends.
