He is survived by: his wife Donna Milliken (Milliken); his children, Nick (Lindsay Harvey), William "Bubba" Harvey, Brandi "Sissy" Beville (Bobby Gene), Ashley (John Pontano) and Keith Milliken (Jillian Brunk); and his siblings, Steve Milliken (Linda), Ben Milliken, Mary Pridemore (Tommy), Carol Fifer (John), Ellen Merry (Bill) and Jessica Bell (Greg Morrison). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, as well as countless nieces and nephews.
