He was predeceased by : his parents, Noel Ramos-Pratts and Pertronila "Carmin" Ramos; and his sister Marilyn Cruz-Watson. He is survived by : his daughter Kathy; his former life partner Kathy; his sister Sandra Vitale; and his daughters, Jillian Tarr (Justin) and Lindanicole Ramos (Jonathan). He is also survived by 3 beautiful granddaughters.
