He is survived by: his children, Maureen Halley of Billerica, MA, Richard Halley, Jr. (Judith) of Northport, NY, Sarah Halley of Philadelphia, PA, Charles Halley (Laura) of East Meadow, NY and James Halley (Eileen) of Bridgeport, PA; his grandchildren, Meghan Hawthorne (Andrew), Rebecca Lederhos, John Halley (Carly), Robert Halley, Leah Halley, Brionna Halley, Prem Halley, Jack Halley and Charles Halley; his great grandchildren, Cameron Hawthorne, Jack Hawthorne, Henry Halley and Charles Halley; and his friends, Teri Topping and Kim Haner.
