He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Phillips and Elleo Phillips; and his brother Terry Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Renita Phillips; his siblings, Tom Phillips, Jr., Lou Thompson and Jocelyn Cunningham; and his stepchildren, Justin Culver and Julie Culver. He is also survived by his loving wife and family along with the many friends.
