He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Dunham, Sr. and Clara Ophelia Tolbert Dunham; and his brothers, Richard, Rodney and Gary.

He is survived by: his significant other Beth; his children, Kathy Mullins (Gary), Kevin O'Quinn and Maria Frazer; his siblings, Michael Dunham and Cynthia Dunham Parsons; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Dunham and Kari Jordahl. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
